Frequently asked questions
How do I message someone?
Messaging requires an active membership. Open the paywall from a chat or from Settings → Membership to subscribe, or redeem an invite code.
How do I cancel my membership?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Cancel any time in your iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Your membership stays active until the end of the current period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, and activity.
Why isn't my photo showing?
Photos are reviewed before they appear. This usually takes a short while; you'll see a "Pending review" badge until it's approved.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap Report on any profile, post, message, or photo. To stop contact, use Block. Moderators review every report.
Who can use Undertable?
Undertable is for consenting adults aged 18 or older only.
