Terms of Service
These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Undertable. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them, our Community Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Undertable.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. Undertable is for consenting adults only.
2. Your account
You're responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Don't share or transfer your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to post explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual content; harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others; share anyone's private information or images without consent; impersonate others; spam, solicit, or run commercial services; endanger minors; or misuse, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it within the app to operate the service. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. Uploaded images are reviewed before they become visible, and we may reject or remove content.
5. Safety & conduct of others
Undertable helps adults connect but does not conduct background checks and is not responsible for members' conduct. Interactions and any in-person meetings are at your own risk — meet in public, tell someone, and use the report/block tools.
6. Membership & payments
Undertable is free to install; some features (including messaging) require a paid membership. Memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store; payment is charged to your Apple ID. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends — manage or cancel in your Apple ID / App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. Promo codes are limited, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
7. Termination
You may stop using Undertable and delete your account any time (Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms or to protect the community.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the conduct of any user, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and Undertable only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. You confirm you are not located in a US-embargoed country or on a prohibited-parties list.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
11. Changes & contact
